Our son Jacob was born via unplanned C-section after a long and arduous labor.  While in the hospital, I was asked to keep track of feeding and diaper activities using paper hospital forms.  Instead I found an online tool called Baby Insights that helps track baby sleep, breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping and medical information for mom and baby.

Jacob's pediatrician recommended formula supplementation as I was concerned about breastfeeding and my intake of medication following the c-section.
